As young Christian women and men, the question you often receive is 'You are so sheltered and know nothing of the world so how can you live in it?' I think the best answer as a young Christian woman I can give is 'Yes I am sheltered. I am sheltered by God's grace, and underneath His wings I can find refuge from the evil of this world. This is not to say that evil won't come, because we live in a broken world sin will constantly try to penetrate into your life. But, God will give you the strength to abstain from what He abhors, stay true to your convictions, and to say no to evil. I am honoured to be protected by the Master and Creator of the universe, and gladly accept the shelter of His wings from evil. We must live
in the world but not be
of the world.' As a Christian you have a choice, will you accept His offer of shelter and protection, or will you conform to the world's image of 'living life to the fullest in the world around you'? Just remember, following Christ may not be easy, but in the long run it will be more fulfilling than living for the world!

2 Thessalonians 3:3
"And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."

"For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe. I long to dwell in your tent forever and take refuge in the shelter of your wings."
Psalm 61:3-4
